Individual Coaching

We coach individuals to become more productive and effective at their jobs while achieving a greater sense of personal fulfillment through self-realization, interpersonal communication, and leadership development. We first work with our client to identify skills, talents, and passions and then help identify where and how he or she can express these qualities in the job.      

Occasionally, coaching results in an employee coming to the realization that they no longer want to stay in their present job. This is not a direct outcome of being coached, but rather a greater personal realization that their attitude or performance is not where it needs to be because they are not a good fit for their position or for the company. When this happens, the company now gets the opportunity to hire the right person for the role.


Team Coaching

We coach teams to think and behave like coaches in their interactions with each other. When coaching a team, we first demonstrate fundamental coaching methods and techniques and encourage team members to practice and build on their learning.

In the team scenario, participants alternate between being client and coach. The content of team topics remains individual, but the process is oriented to the group. Group coaching is highly effective for organizations that want to increase morale, engender trust, and foster a team environment.
