Many
Person to Person clients are new to business coaching and want an effective
approach to solving a variety of issues. Other clients have invested in
coaching as part of their long-term business objectives and it is an integral
part of their corporate culture.
Either
way, the client determines the focus of the engagement and works with a
dedicated member of our team to prepare a strategy plan that addresses unique
goals and requirements.
We
recommend a minimum of three months for both individual and team coaching and
can continue as long as the participants are engaged and enthusiastic. Coaching
can be conducted in-person or by phone once a week, twice a month or on a
monthly basis. We make it a point to be flexible to accommodate your schedule
and those of your team.
Growth takes place outside the coaching session; therefore the client chooses assignments that encourage personal development and ongoing reinforcement of
skills explored in each session.
When
working with employees, it is important to build trust and treat them as
clients. As a result, we do not share employee-specific conversations with the
company. We do encourage and can facilitate a separate meeting with the boss
and the employee together so that they can communicate their thoughts and ideas
after the individual coaching takes place.
